In any case, you’ll be required to send a fax or e-mail stating your name and check-in and check-out times and dates.
Reservation cancelation policy: If the cancelation takes place 7 days or more before the check-in date, the amount paid can be used as credit in future reservations. If the cancelation takes place within the previous 7 days to the check-in date, it will not be refunded in any way.
